Who We Are
Welcome to 5R Meats & More here at Runnels Farms. We are just your normal farmers living out our true heritage by putting our heart and soul into creating healthy, high quality, sustainable products that we reliably back with integrity. We are family owned and operated and are fully funded by the farm! We raise beef cattle from calving to finish, finish out hogs, and row crop farm, where we produce corn, wheat and soybeans. We take an unwavering amount of pride in producing these products to their highest quality and have a deep passion for agriculture. We are a 7+ generation farm located in the heart of southwest Missouri where our environment is vastly conducive to agriculture allowing us to turn our inedible fields of green into healthy proteins and commodities just for you! We are owned and operated by my husband Clay & I (Allie) Runnels, our son Cole, our twin daughters Elsie & Olivia, and Clay’s parents, Kirk & Sandy Runnels. As you’ll see throughout our social platforms it takes all hands-on deck to make our farm run in the most efficient, sustainable way possible.
What We Do
5R Meats & More came to fruition by simply supplying a few neighbors with whole, half and quarters of beef. It was through the word of mouth of these neighbors that our business began to flourish. When we as the Runnels family do something, we put our heart and soul into it. We knew our proteins were a cut above the rest because we knew how to breed em’ and feed em’ per say. But it wasn’t until people started demanding more that we decided to step outside our comfort zone and do what God created us to do and that is produce the most nutritious, safest, sustainable products we could. We currently sell beef and pork. Of those we supply individual cuts, bundles, and bulk orders. We offer delivery and pickup options within an hour of Jasper, Missouri.
