As you look through our online store you will see we have a full array of beef and pork products. Those products can include steaks, roasts, ribs and specialty beef as well as bacon, roasts and specialty pork options. All steaks, roasts and chops are packaged 1 per pack in nice vacuum seal packaging and our burger is packaged in rolls of 1 lb. packages. Our product availability will vary as some products sell out quickly, but we have animals harvested approximately every 2 weeks and our stock is replenished in a very timely manner.
